About us

The Broad Reform Pty Ltd (ABN 89 606 490 975) is an Australian-owned digital strategy, CRM and marketing technology agency headquartered in Mona Vale, NSW, with seven employees in NSW and Queensland. We provide services to for-purpose, government and commercial clients. Broad Reform is not a reporting entity under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), and publishes this statement voluntarily.

Our supply chain

Our services are delivered by our own team and a small number of specialist subcontractors, predominantly Australian SMEs. We also procure cloud software and platforms, IT equipment, professional services, and travel and accommodation.

Where the risks are

We consider the risk of modern slavery in our direct operations to be low. The main risks sit further up our supply chain, particularly in the manufacture of IT hardware and electronics, and in some travel, hospitality and cleaning services.

What we do

  • Every client agreement includes a modern slavery clause committing us to comply with applicable modern slavery laws and to take reasonable steps to ensure there are no modern slavery practices in our supply chains or business.
  • We engage subcontractors under written agreements and are incorporating equivalent modern slavery obligations into these subcontracts.
  • We prefer established suppliers and Australian businesses, including Supply Nation Certified Aboriginal-owned businesses, where practical.
  • We will act on any concern raised about modern slavery in our operations or supply chain, including working with the supplier to fix the issue and ending the relationship where necessary.

How we check

We review this statement and our supplier arrangements annually, and when we engage significant new suppliers.
