In addition to the below policy (In all BR standard agreements) of how confidential information is used, BROAD REFORM implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) procedures for:

  • All Devices
  • Client Applications
  • Secured Data
  • Network Access


This is secured by SSO platforms (OneLogin, Google SSO), 2FA (1Password, Google Authenticator), Biometrics, Secure Remote Password protocol (1Password) and AES 256 bit encryption (NordLayer) when online.

Full specifications of the security of each platform can be sent upon request.


CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Confidential Information means any and all information disclosed by one Party to the other Party pursuant to or in connection with our Agreement , including meeting notes, the details of this Agreement and the work being performed under this Agreement, and any personal information the Parties receive in connection with this Agreement but does not include information generally available to the public or information that ordinarily is not considered confidential information.

If a Party (Receiving Party) receives Confidential Information from the other party (Disclosing Party), the Receiving Party must only use or allow to be used the Confidential Information in connection with this Agreement and must not disclose or allow to be disclosed any received Confidential
Information to any third party without the express written permission of the Disclosing Party except:

  1. as required by law; and
  2. to professional advisors, on a confidential basis, for the purposes of obtaining professional advice; and
  3. otherwise as allowed by this Agreement.

If a Receiving Party discloses Confidential Information to a third party pursuant to clause above, then that party must, prior to such disclosure, procure from the third party a non-disclosure agreement in the form required by the Disclosing Party.

The Receiving party indemnifies the Disclosing Party for any loss however occasioned by the Disclosing Party resulting from the misuse or wrongful disclosure of the Confidential Information by the Receiving Party and/or any third party to whom disclosure is made pursuant to clause

Upon the earlier of the Finishing Date or the date of termination of this Agreement, except as required to fulfil legal, regulatory or reporting obligations or for the purposes of any professional standards or practices or insurance policies:

  1. any Receiving Party holding the Confidential Information of the other Disclosing Party must return any hard copy Confidential Information to the Disclosing Party and permanently delete any electronically held Confidential Information in its possession;
  2. any Receiving Party who has disclosed Confidential Information to a third party pursuant to clause 10 must procure the return of any hard copy Confidential Information from the third party and return the same to the Disclosing Party
